The Bay Area Panthers [please apply online] is a professional football team playing in the world famous SAP Center in San Jose, CA. Co-founded by Marshawn Lynch and other entertainment/sports professionals, the Bay Area Panthers are a member of the dynamic Indoor Football League. We are in search of experienced Ticket Sales and Service Representatives to join our growing team and help build with the Panthers.
Compensation:
- $48,000 - $75,000 a year$
- 48,000 base with strong bonus plan and uncapped commissions.
- Bonus structure based on total paid attendance.

Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed established sales goals.
- Implement and demonstrate outbound sales efforts by using sales and service best practices, prospecting, networking, generating leads, referral gathering, capturing data, and CRM database management.
- Generate a minimum number of monthly out of office and in arena face-to-face meetings to create new business opportunities and build relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all Season Ticket Members, Single Game Buyers, Group Ticket Buyers, New Business Prospects, and all other fans.
- Participate in outside networking and community promotional events to gather additional sales leads.
- Follow the organization's established sales process, from lead generation to execution.
- Create and implement sales strategies, ideas, and programs in order to produce new sales opportunities.
- Participate in and contribute to sales team meetings.
- Collaborate with other members of the organization and develop mutually beneficial working relationships with all team members.
- Reporting in-person to the headquarters 2-3 times a week.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one (1) year ticket sales and/or guest service experience in sports & entertainment.
- Ability to learn multiple products and POS programs.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems and box office operations is helpful.
- Understanding of Ticketmaster Archtics platform preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to take initiative.
- Timeliness and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic attitude and outgoing, creative nature.
- Proficient in general office software (Excel and Word).
- Basic accounting and account reconciliation skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills.
- Track record in sales and building quality relationships.
- Candidates majoring in Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, Business or related areas are welcomed.
